Scott is a seasoned professional with a robust skill set in finance and real estate investment. Over the course of his career, Scott has cultivated a wealth of experience across a wide spectrum of real estate sectors, such as data centers, wireless infrastructure, office, multifamily, industrial, storage, and senior housing.

In his current role at StratCap, Scott focuses on various stages of the digital infrastructure investment lifecycle. While his focus is primarily within the U.S. data center market, his responsibilities extend to international markets as well.

His diverse experiences in engineering, management consulting, and finance have collectively shaped his skill set and strengths, which have enabled him to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, driving innovation and successful outcomes. His background has also equipped him with key abilities essential for effective communication, leading large teams, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and financial analysis.

As a member of the Penn State lacrosse team, he learned the importance of collaboration, dependability, and clear communication in achieving common goals.
