Tejo Pydipati would probably tell you that by combining his lifelong passions for computers and architecture as the lead for Stream’s Design & Construction, he’s about as close to his dream job as he can get.

Since joining the Stream team, Tejo has developed a full in-house roster of best-in-class partners to support the organization’s rapid growth. Together, they team has overcome unprecedented supply chain challenges, helped customers take advantage of the technology sea change that is AI and continued to deliver a host of mission-critical developments on time and on budget.

Tejo led the development of Stream’s Design and Construction Standard (DACS), which insulates developments against supply chain disruptions and enables critical speed-to-market and cost efficiencies. He also led collaboration with the Product Innovation team to develop the Server Thermal Unit (STU), a proprietary cooling system that supports configurable air and liquid cooling to provision AI-ready facilities.

This combination of standardizations and flexible innovations is what enables Stream to best serve customers even in times of market uncertainty and rapid technological change.

To support this combination of speed, scale and adaptability, Tejo approaches his role like a conductor — orchestrating the players within Stream as well as its wider ecosystem of equipment vendors and construction partners — to ensure that even as fast as the organization grows, it’s always music to the ears.
