Shipping Information:
- Packages can only arrive 3 days before the event (Saturday, October 25, 2025)
- Packages will not be charged any handling fees unless they arrive more than 3 days before the event (earlier than Saturday, October 25, 2025)
- Any packages received earlier than 3 days before the event will incur handling fees as outlined below:
- 0lbs – 5lbs $5 per box
- 6lbs – 20lbs $10 per box
- 21lbs – 50lbs $15 per box
- Over 50lbs $25 per box
- Crates/Display Cases $25 per crate/case
- Pallets $75 per pallet
- Pallet Storage Shipped more than 3 days prior to conference, additional $25 per day
- Any packages received earlier than 3 days before the event will incur handling fees as outlined below:
- The hotel will not accept any COD (cash on delivery) shipments.
- All shipments must be prepaid to the hotel. The hotel will send a credit card authorization link through Canary Technologies and will need the name of the shipper, their email address, and phone number.
- Return Shipping: Exhibitors will need to schedule a pickup for any packages that are being shipped after the event.
Set-up and Tear-down Times
Exhibitor Set-Up: Tuesday, October 28th from 7:15am-8:00am
Exhibitor Tear-Down: Tuesday, October 28th after the networking receptions concludes (6:45pm)

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Hayley.neumann@imn.org. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Hayley to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of your company. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES limited to data center owner/operators and equity investors. Merchant builders are not eligible. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
