In her current role as Executive Director at Astellas Pharma Inc., Madeline leads the Strategic Development, Integration, and Execution of the Study Optimization, Recruitment and Diversity COE, aiming to optimize patient experiences across the company's portfolio. Her expertise lies in implementing innovative measures and solutions that improve patient recruitment, engagement, and retention, ultimately shaping the landscape of clinical trials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Exercise Physiology from Ursinus College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing from Temple University.
