Mike brings 23+ years of industry experience with 19 of those years focused on clinical trial recruitment and retention. He joined ICON in 2017, and since then his focus has been on expanding digital recruitment as well as DCT and hybrid capabilities. Additionally, Mike has held various strategic account leadership roles in the space.

Mike's professional experience includes roles at PPD, PRA and Acurian covering rare disease, oncology, vaccines, pediatrics, dermatology, neurology and infectious diseases, leveraging both traditional and decentralized methodologies.

In his previous role, Mike was one of the founding members of a Patient Experience team at PRA prior to its acquisition by ICON. Mike holds degrees in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration with a concentration on international marketing.
