Included: Your course fee includes four nights’ accommodation. Accommodation is in single study bedrooms. Located on the West Road site, just a 10-minute walk from Cambridge city centre, all the rooms include free WiFi, tea, and coffee-making facilities. West Road Porters’ Lodge is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On Arrival: Upon arrival, attendees go to the porter’s lodge to check in to their bedrooms, which are located on the West Road site in the Stephen Hawking Building. There will be directional signage to the Cavonius Centre (where the conference is taking place) from the porter’s lodge.

Please make sure you arrive and check in at the West Road address (5 West Rd, Cambridge CB3 9DP) as the college has two sites.

Dress Code: The Summer Schools event offers a relaxed atmosphere compared to a typical business conference. Feel free to dress comfortably in whatever attire makes you feel at ease. Many attendees prefer smart casual clothing.

While we recommend formal wear or black tie for the Gala Dinner, it is not mandatory.

Remember to bring an umbrella and a jumper for the evenings!
