Born in 1978, David graduated in 2001 from École Centrale Paris with a specialization in physics. He began his career in consulting for IRSN, EDF and CEA before joining CEA Valduc, where he worked on nuclear materials accountability and refurbishment projects, including glovebox clean‑up and new process implementation. From 2007 to 2010, he served at CEA Saclay’s OSIRIS reactor as operator engineer and led mechanical, electrical and central office teams. He then managed decommissioning and waste‑treatment projects at CEA Fontenay‑aux‑Roses.
Since 2013, he has been involved in ITER’s hot cell waste treatment process design and preparation of licensing files related to decommissioning. He is a certified PMO.
