In 2016 Christopher founded Midshore Consulting, which specialises in international regulation, business & product structuring and training. Prior to this Christopher spent 22 years at Investec Asset Management in Guernsey, most recently in the role of Technical Services Director where he dealt with international regulation, including managing the group’s AIFMD project. He also spent a brief period as Product & Governance Specialist at HSBC Management in Guernsey advising on the global distribution model for their range of AIFs.

Christopher has held various industry roles in Guernsey, including Chair of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association (GIFA), President of the Guernsey Branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and Director of Guernsey Finance. He currently sits on the Executive and Marketing committees of GIFA and various committees of the Guernsey International Insurance Association, including as Chair of the Life Sector Working Group and Vice Chair of the Regulatory and Technical Committee.
