Dr. Adil Alzarooni is an Emirati educator and leader of entrepreneurial teams, dedicated to shaping the future of work and education. He is the founder of Citizens, a visionary K–12 school in Dubai that reimagines learning to prepare the next generation for a rapidly changing world.

With a PhD in Business Management from the British University in Dubai and 22 years of experience in leadership roles, Dr. Adil leads runs family offices and a venture studio, blending academic insight with real-world enterprise.

He has published two business books—Economic Zones: The Essentials and Sustaining Family Businesses: The Essentials—and a bestselling novel, The Red Island: The Gatekeeper, one of the few Emirati novels written in English.

As an insightful public speaker, Dr. Adil shares his perspectives on the future of education, with focus on building entrepreneurial skills and enhancing quality of life.
