Barnali Dutta is an experienced educator, in-house trainer, and coach who is passionate about empowering learners through purposeful, holistic education. As Lead Faculty with the UAE Ministry of Education, she designs and delivers business and vocational courses in English that integrate academic excellence with essential life skills like emotional resilience, stress management, and self-leadership.

Holding a Master’s in Business Analytics (University of Wollongong Dubai), an MBA in Marketing, a PG Diploma in Digital Business from MIT, and dual Bachelors in Commerce and Education from University of Delhi, Barnali blends academic rigor with wellness-informed practices. She is also a certified yoga, nutrition, and wellness specialist.

Currently completing her ICF Level 2 coach certification, she works as a part-time Life and Executive coach, helping students and professionals build confidence, clarity, and well-being through wellness workshops and one-on-one coaching. Her mission is to shape adaptable, thriving individuals prepared for success in a fast-changing world.
