Dias Zhorabekov serves as the Head of International Initiatives at 125 High School, where he leads the school’s global partnerships and university collaboration projects. Holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from Purdue University, Dias combines academic excellence with a strategic vision for international education.

Under his leadership, 125 High School has established partnerships with several private schools in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Istanbul, Türkiye, promoting cross-cultural exchange and academic cooperation. Additionally, Dias has signed institutional agreements with Kaplan International, enabling graduates of 125 High School to gain direct access to 30+ universities across the UK, including members of the prestigious Russell Group. The school also maintains articulation agreements with 108 universities in the United States, significantly expanding pathways for its graduates to pursue higher education abroad.
