Dina is a seasoned education executive and school improvement specialist with over 25 years of experience across the UAE and the Middle East, where she has been leading educational transformation, operational excellence, and strategic school improvement initiatives. Her extensive expertise within the UAE education sector includes charter schools, private schools, inspection frameworks, leadership development, and academic quality assurance.

Dina has been recognised for driving sustainable improvement in teaching and learning, strengthening leadership capacity, and supporting schools in achieving higher inspection outcomes aligned with ADEK and UAE national priorities. She is currently leading the strategic and operational management of 8 charter schools in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain under New Century Education (NCE), serving over 8,000 students.
She has worked closely with major educational entities and regulatory frameworks across the UAE, including ADEK, SPEA, MOE, Tribal Group, Education Development Trust (EDT), Pearson, ACT, and international school operators.

She has conducted 100+ school inspections, delivered 1000+ professional development hours across 60+ topics, and supported 25+ schools across the region in quality improvement, leadership development, inspection readiness, and organizational transformation.
Dina also has combined expertise in education leadership, instructional improvement, governance, operational management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of the UAE educational landscape and its evolving vision for future-ready schools.
