Dr. Dahi Al Fadhli has dedicated his life to business, service, and strategic leadership in for-profit and not-for-profit institutions. After completing his B.S. in Commerce from Kuwait University in 1984, he began his career at Kuwait Central Bank and quickly transitioned to leadership roles, notably at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, where he rose to Deputy Secretary General, promoting initiatives such as the establishment of ACA, an American school respecting Islamic values.

In 2004, he joined Sama Educational Company as General Manager, transforming the American Creativity Academy (ACA) into Kuwait's largest private American international school. Under his guidance, ACA achieved dual accreditations, reduced operational costs, improved staff retention, and introduced the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Alongside ACA, he has established a line of early childhood education, under the brand of the American Creativity Academy Nurseries (ACAN), that has expanded to eight nurseries today.

Dr. Al Fadhli's leadership has driven Sama Educational Company’s expansion throughout the Gulf region by establishing the Aldenham Prep Riyadh and the Royal Grammar School of Guildford in Muscat; the acquisition of Kuwait English School and Beacon Private School in Bahrain. The total number of students under Dr. Dahi’s leadership has reached 11,500 students.

In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University in 2024. His forward-thinking strategies and dedication to quality have positioned Sama as a leader in private education across the Middle East, with a mission centered on equity, excellence, and cultural values.
