Glen Radojkovich joined Cognita in 2025 as Managing Director for the UAE, having worked within the UAE for eleven years. Formally as a Director of Education and Vice President at other large UAE school groups.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Glen has led schools and education organisations across the UAE, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Canada. His expertise spans school leadership, curriculum development and large-scale transformation across British, IB and US curricula. Outside of education Glen also held a Corporate Sales MD role, within the technology sector.

Glen has chaired both the IB Heads Association and the Cambridge International Examinations Heads Association and had his contribution to educational leadership and curriculum development recognised by the University of Cambridge with a bursary.

He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, alongside leadership qualifications from Harvard, Auckland and Massey universities. A recognised thought leader, Glen regularly contributes to international conferences and advisory boards and has advised governments on education policy.
