Iain is the CEO MENA for Inspired Education, leading a portfolio of schools across the GCC and North Africa. He brings more than 25 years of senior leadership in education spanning the Middle East, Europe and Asia. In his current role, he is focused on strategic expansion across multiple schools and curricula, overseeing performance and driving both academic excellence and sustainable growth. Previously, as COO at Bright Horizons UK, a global nursery chain, he led a major turnaround while building high-performing teams and embedding a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. Over the course of his career, Iain has led international schools in the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Libya and Thailand; directed the launch of kindergartens across Europe; founded and served on the board of a UK academy trust; advised governments and investors on school start-ups; and qualified as both an Ofsted and Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau inspector.
