Mark Whitfield is an experienced international education leader with more than 30 years’ experience across the UK, Middle East and Africa. He has held senior executive, school leadership and consultancy roles, supporting schools and education groups through periods of growth, acquisition, transformation and improvement.

As Chief Executive Officer of OFG Education – GCC, Mark is responsible for developing Outcomes First Group’s education platform across the GCC, including school acquisitions, new school development, regional strategy, operational oversight and educational quality. His work is focused on building high-performing, inclusive schools that combine strong academic outcomes with effective safeguarding, student support and sustainable commercial performance.

Mark brings extensive experience in establishing new schools, leading turnaround and improvement programmes, preparing organisations for inspection, and strengthening governance, curriculum, organisational structures and financial performance. His career has included senior roles with leading international education groups, including Nord Anglia Education and International Schools Partnership, and he has worked across British, American and other international education models.

At the heart of Mark’s work is a clear belief that strategy, investment and organisational development must ultimately lead to better outcomes for learners. His focus is always on creating the conditions in which every learner can achieve, make meaningful progress and be properly prepared for the next stage of their education and life.
