Mohamed Abdulhalim has been with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) since 2013, working across various regulatory and development roles within the Regulations and Permits Commission. He currently serves as the Acting Director of Supply Development, where he leads KHDA’s supply strategy and oversees investor relations and outreach.
Mohamed holds a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, a Diploma in Public Sector Innovation from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation and Imperial College Business School, and a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Zayed University.
