Dr. Mona Alhammadi is an education leader with over a decade of experience in higher education, vocational education, institutional research, quality assurance, policy development, accreditation, curriculum development, and organizational excellence. She currently serves as Division Director of Vocational Education Affairs at Rabdan Academy, where she leads initiatives focused on professional training, workforce development, industry engagement, and future-ready skills.

In her previous role as Division Director of Institutional Research, Policies and Quality Assurance, she led strategic initiatives related to accreditation, compliance, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Dr. Alhammadi holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policies, with research focused on student engagement, belonging, and retention in UAE higher education. Her work bridges academic and vocational education, with a strong focus on aligning education systems with national priorities, labour market needs, and the development of globally competitive talent.
