Noora is a Cambridge-educated economist, education advocate, and impact investment specialist with over two decades of global experience spanning corporate finance, development finance, and advisory roles with the IFC (World Bank), the European Investment Bank, and leading investment banks across five continents. A Board member of Finnfund, Finland’s state-owned development financier, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts and Commerce (UK), she co-founded FinlandWay, an internationally awarded “school-in-a-box” Early Years licensing model inspired by Finland’s renowned education system with experts from the University of Helsinki. Under her leadership and in collaboration with sector specialists, FinlandWay has grown from concept to launching 18 sites across five continents to date.
