He was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company International where he led the Firm’s Financial Services Practice in the MENA, and advised senior leaders of Financial Institutions, SWFs and Governments on topics of growth, transformation and performance improvement, across Middle East, Africa, Europe, India and Asia.

He is visiting faculty at senior leadership development forums such as the GCC Board Directors Institute, McKinsey Leadership etcRaman is also an active investor and mentor to start-ups across geographies
