Rebecca Glover is Director of JESS Dubai and an experienced international education leader who believes schools should be ambitious about far more than their financial bottom line. Having previously served as Executive Principal of six schools in Milan, Rebecca has extensive experience of leading complex school communities through growth, innovation and change. As an ISI Reporting Inspector, she also brings a sharp external lens to school quality, governance and impact. Rebecca is particularly interested in how not for profit schools translate purpose into tangible value: exceptional opportunities for pupils, investment in people, stronger communities and sustainable institutions. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that great schools should leave people and places better than they found them. Originally from Yorkshire, Rebecca combines strategic ambition, straight talking with an unwavering conviction that education’s greatest returns are the ones that cannot simply be counted on a balance sheet.
