Richard Nicholson is the executive responsible for the group, with a focus on strategy and growth in the UK and internationally. He is the Principal of Warwick Schools Foundation and CEO of Warwick Schools Foundation Multi Academy Trust, overseeing the group's expansion. A graduate of the University of Oxford, he has held various senior leadership roles including at The Lady Eleanor Holles School in Hampton, and Head Master of King’s High School, Warwick before becoming the first Principal of the Warwick Schools Foundation 2020.
Amongst numerous interests, Richard is a trustee of the National Children's Choir of Great Britain, and of Arts Educational Schools (ArtsEd), London. His various governance roles have including being the Safeguarding Governor for Headington School, Oxford and he is currently the Chair of the Education and Welfare Committee at King Edward VI School, Southampton.
