Rohan Bhaskar has two decades of investment, commercial & ops experience with a focus in developments, acquisitions, capital raising, business development & operations and leads the education & real estate initiatives of the group.

He has closed several large school transactions (some of the largest in the region) including sale and leasebacks, mezzanine, bank finance and equity transactions. He has been instrumental in setting up the NLCS (Singapore) school and has established strategic partnerships with Keppel, KKR, Alta/Hillhouse and DIB and is expanding the school portfolio for Meraki in the SEA, India and ME regions.

Prior to Meraki, Rohan spent close to a decade in the region working at investment banking units in Qatar and Bahrain and has also worked in India at PwC and PepsiCo.

Rohan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from S.V. Regional Engineering College, Surat (Rank-1), and holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is also a CFA®.
