With 14 years’ experience in corporate finance, business strategy, and deal structuring, Ryden leads growth and investment function at GEMS and oversees deal origination, financial feasibility, research, pricing, evaluation, and execution of growth strategy in line with the company's vision and objectives. By advising the Investment Committee on all capital-intensive decisions, he supports GEMS’ endeavors to expand its footprint and enhance its value proposition. Ryden is a Chartered Accountant (CA) India and Certified Practicing accountant (CPA) Australia and has supported GEMS achieve its growth trajectory over the past 11 years.
