Sanjay Vig is Managing Director – Corporate Advisory & Direct Investments at Al Mal Capital PSC focusing on investments in education, healthcare and real estate.

Al Mal is the Fund Manager for Al Mal REIT with investments in education assets of over AED 1 Billion as well as managing Group investments in education sector.

Prior to joining Al Mal in 2016, Sanjay Vig was Managing Director, Alpen Capital (ME) Limited and SVP and Head of Capital Markets at Emirates Bank Group over a 25 year career in the Middle East.

An economics / finance professional, with over 40 years of corporate / investment banking experience in India and the Middle East, he has lead managed mandates of over USD 30 billion covering debt / equity capital markets and project finance in the Middle East / India.

An Order of Merit Holder of Indian Institute of Bankers, he has attended multiple management courses at Stanford, IMD Switzerland and Darden, Virginia.
