Shashank is a senior professional with over 18 years of experience working with global corporations in the education and real estate investment sectors. He started his career in India in the real estate sector to work with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a leading global real estate advisory firm. In his 13 years with JLL, he advised real estate developers, domestic and foreign private equity investors and family offices on multiple marquee real estate deals.

In 2018, he moved to Hong Kong with JLL to set up a new alternative assets advisory platform for clients across Asia Pacific covering sunrise sectors of co-living, co-working, data centers and education.

Shashank joined Weave Living, a PE funded real estate investments platform as VP of international investments and expansion to establish rental housing properties across Asia.

Based in Singapore since 2022, he is currently the head of business development – Asia Pacific and Middle East for Global Schools Group (GSG). GSG is a leading K-12 platform with over 64 schools globally. He is responsible for investments in new schools through acquisition and greenfield route.

Shashank has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Chicago Booth School of Business with honors distinction. He also holds a Masters in Finance and Control from University of Delhi. He did his bachelors in Science from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
