Prof. Sherine Farouk is the Associate Provost for Academic Projects & Internationalisation and Associate Dean of the College of Business at Abu Dhabi University. With over 25 years of experience across top institutions in the UAE, UK, and Egypt, she leads initiatives in global engagement, rankings (QS, THE, UI GreenMetric), international accreditations, enrollment, and student success. She chairs several major platforms including the Arab Universities Knowledge Network for Climate Change and Carbon Footprint (AUKNCCF), ADU’s International Conference on Advancing Sustainable Futures (ICASF), and the International Conference on Organisation and Management (ICOM). A leader in the UAE Universities Climate Network, she is also an academic mentor to ADU’s sustainability club. Her award-winning research spans accounting, sustainability, and innovation, with numerous publications, grants, and DBA supervisions. Prof. Sherine serves on multiple editorial boards and advisory councils, and has delivered over 30 international training and consulting programs. She earned her PhD from London Metropolitan University, UK.
