Driven by her passion for education and its importance in achieving sustainable development, Hania established GoLEAD.io, a digital transformation firm specializing in Education. The company aims to assist educational institutions in utilizing technology to achieve better results.

With her extensive experience in executive positions, Hania is a highly energetic leader with a proven track record of success in managing organizations, opening new markets, developing partnerships, and increasing digital penetration in the Public Sector and Education sectors.

Previously head an adaptive learning company team in the Middle East and Africa, whose platform is being used by over 30 million users. In her earlier career, Hania held numerous senior leadership roles, Head of Middle East and Africa for McGraw Hill Education; Head of Cisco Capital MEA & Russia CIS; Head of Education for Cisco - EMEA.

Drawing upon her experience in the Education Sector and her coaching training, Hania is equipped to guide educational organizations through the process of incorporating the digital solutions essential for their transformation.

Having worked across many countries like Turkmenistan, South Africa, Jordan, Hungary, UAE, France, and Mexico, Hania is a highly multi-cultural individual who has gained a deep appreciation for the various value systems of each country.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College, Schenectady, NY, and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management, Case-Western Reserve University, CL, OH. She speaks Arabic, English and French fluently.
