His Excellency Abdulrahman AlHajri is the Deputy Minister for Investment at the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia, where he leads efforts to enhance private sector investment and build strategic partnerships in the Saudi education sector.

With over two decades of experience across public and private institutions, he has held senior roles at the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships, the Ministry of Economy and Planning, Public Investments Fund, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and Saudi Aramco.

He holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and Management Systems from Cranfield University in the UK, and a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. AlHajri is specialised in economic and investment policy development, corporate business development, and international relations.
