HRH Princess Noor bint Asem is a member of the Jordanian Royal Family and the founder of Moments Conscious Education — an initiative rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, and early childhood development that equips children, families, educators, and communities with the tools to thrive from the earliest years of life.

In a world increasingly defined by overwhelm and disconnection, our nervous systems were never designed to absorb the pace and pressure of modern life — and that gap is shaping our children and our future. Princess Noor is advocating for a fundamental shift — one that places nervous system regulation at the heart of how we raise children, educate, and lead. As an ambassador of the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and founder of the Moments Framework, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Early Years Research at the University of East London, she works to embed this understanding across the three most influential circles of change: parenting, education, and systems leadership. She collaborates with the UN and international partners to drive this work from early childhood all the way to leadership levels — championing the idea that when we build inner capacity in the adults who shape our world, the children follow.

With a foundation in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and neuro-education, Princess Noor is a pioneering advocate for social and emotional learning across the Middle East. Through strategic partnerships with international organisations, universities, and education leaders, she works toward a world where emotional well-being is not an afterthought but a foundation — built early, and built to last.
