Kholoud has over 22 years’ experience dedicated to Human Capital development. Amongst her many roles she is one of the Board Members at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, CEO Advisor for Human Capital, VP of Human Capital at The Saudi Industrial Development Fund overseeing SIDF Academy functions and HR.

She is also the assistant professor in the field of education and psychology. Her education qualifications includes PhD in Educational Philosophy from Brunel University from the UK and a master’s degree in education from The American University in the USA.

Kholoud is extensively experienced in education and training transformation with a focus on talent development, policy and strategy regulations, standards, and programs design. She has also done research and development of national standards, qualification frameworks, and quality assurance, which has resulted in ,aximizing employee engagement and productivity through a dynamic organizational culture, implementation of leadership principles, and organizational values.
