Rory has dedicated the last 24 years to international education; 17 of them as a senior leader, Principal and school improvement consultant across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has become a seasoned expert in various educational systems, including the UK, American, and International Baccalaureate programmes.
His extensive qualifications also include certification as a British Schools Overseas inspector. He has also actively led accreditation efforts in schools affiliated with the IB, CIS, and NEASC. Rory has played a pivotal role in supporting inspection initiatives in schools based in the Middle East, as well as advising government entities and private operators on educational policy and school set up.
Rory is a proud alumnus of the University of Bath's Centre for Education in an International Context, where he earned his MA in Educational Leadership and Management. Furthermore, he serves as an accredited trainer for University College London, Institute of Education, delivering NPQS/ML courses in the region. His professional interests encompass senior and middle leadership development, recruitment, new school startups, marketing and admissions strategies, and school self-evaluation.
