Sarah Alajmi has been working in the Human Capital & Innovation sector with focus on activating Education & training segments in line with Vision 2030. Previously, she has worked as Innovation Specialist (2021) in Ministry of Education under the Deputyship of Research & Innovation focusing on entrepreneurial initiatives in higher education. She has also worked as sales supervisor in Saudi Arabian Catering Company (2018), managing related services to in-flight catering, which developed skills across sales, operations, and marketing.

Sarah gained experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and project management. Having completed education across five countries (Lebanon, Germany, Italy, UK and KSA), enriched her capabilities to work with multicultural teams and adapt to diverse environments.

Sarah holds Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK (2020). She graduated from Westminster University in UK with bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications (2015). During her stay abroad, she learned Italian language, which she speaks proficiently.
