What is included in the registration?
Registration includes access to all sessions, networking events, and the eTSY Awards & Emerging Tourism Stars ceremonies.
Where do I find eTourism Summit registration?
Registration is located just outside the Bandol Ballroom at Reg Desk A. If you’ve reached Connect Spring Marketplace, head down the escalators, and you’ll find us there.
Did I need to pre-register for the masterclasses?
No, pre-registration is not required for the AI or Website Conversions Masterclasses on Day 1 & Day 2. All attendees are welcome to join and soak up the marketing brilliance!
What is the app code?

What is the Wifi Information?
The SSID is TravelBelize and the password is TravelBz
Are meals provided?
Lunch will be provided on Wednesday, April 23rd. A light breakfast will be available on both Wednesday and Thursday, along with coffee and tea during breaks. Light bites will also be served during the networking parties. However, we recommend that you check out the restaurants that Wynn has to offer.
What transportation is provided?
Transportation to and from the receptions is not provided. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Can I schedule appointments through the event app?
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one appointments with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors through the event app, making networking even easier.
When will the eTSY Awards winners be announced?
The eTSY Awards winners will be announced live at the summit on April 24th during the ceremony. Be sure to hang around to attend & witness the most innovative campaigns in the industry!
How do I access my photos from the event?
SpotMyPhotos is walking around with QR codes. Once they scan you into the system, you will receive your photos.
Can I attend events at Connect Spring Marketplace?
Attendees of eTourism Summit 2025 will have access to the events pavilion at the Connect Spring Marketplace, where you can network with over 1,000 additional professionals from the travel, meetings, and tech industries. You also have access to join us for the joint Closing White Party at XS Club, where you can connect with the group and wrap up the event in style!
Can I bring a guest to the parties?
All guests must be registered prior to the show in order to attend events. Name badges are required for entry.
Where is lost and found?
For all lost and found inquiries, please check with hotel security.
Where is the info desk?
The info desk will stay at Reg Desk A outside of Bandol for the course of the 3 days.
Do I have to wear white to get into the white party?
No, but we do recommend it!
Can I bring a bag to the White Party?
Small bags and clutches are allowed. However, large totes, backpacks, and suitcases will not be permitted inside XS.
Do I need a wristband to get into XS?
Yes & no, you do not need a wristband to get into the eTourism | Connect Spring Marketplace White Party at XS, but you will need your badge and proof of identification (drivers license, passport). You will need an orange wrist band to get into the eTourism VIP Section (sponsored by Orange142).
