Aileen Murtagh is Director, Legal Counsel at BioMarin International Limited and advises on a wide variety of competition law matters across in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Middle East. Prior to joining BioMarin International Ltd, she practiced in the EU, Competition and Procurement team in A&L Goodbody.

She has an M.A. in EU Competition Law and an M.A. in EU Law from Kings College London and obtained her primary degree in Law and Accounting from University of Limerick.
