Craig is an economist with degrees from Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin. He is a Head of Unit in the CCPC’s Competition Enforcement and Mergers Division, where he has been heavily involved in important recent CCPC work including: the banking mergers, the CCPC’s preparations for the transposition of the ECN+ directive, the CCPC’s engagement on the Digital Markets Act, and the CCPC’s work on vertical issues through its Verticals Declaration and the ECN Verticals Working Group.
