Geoffrey is Company Solicitor with Enterprise Ireland, the Irish Development Agency tasked with the development of indigenous industry.
He practises principally in the areas of contract law, state aid law, procurement law and corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Economics from University College Dublin, a Masters Degree in European Competition Law from Kings College London and diplomas in several areas of the law including EU Competition Law (King’s College London) and Procurement Law (the King’s Inns Dublin). Geoffrey qualified in 1990 and has practised commercial law for over twenty years in several firms and in-house, including with Arthur Cox and A & L Goodbody in Dublin and with the Irish energy utility, Bord na Mona plc.
