Paul has commented extensively on competition and regulatory policy in Ireland. He was a member of the Competition Authority, a Research Professor at the ESRI and an adjunct lecturer at TCD. Currently Paul is a member of the Regulatory Decisions Panel, CBI, an Adjudicator, ComReg and NGA, ICN.
