William Tarrant is a Legal Counsel at Heineken Ireland. William advices on a wide variety of competition law matters and other legal practice areas across Heineken Ireland’s Island of Ireland On-trade, Off-Trade, and wholesale entities. His work includes advising the business on merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels, general competition Law compliance, implementing Heineken's internal Competition Law training programs, and partnering with the Heineken Global Competition Law team on specific projects and matters.

He has a PG Diploma in EU Competition Law from Kings College London, a Diploma in Employment Law, and a diploma in Data Protection from Kings Inn and obtained in primary degree in law from University College Cork.
