Extra nights’ accommodation is available to book on Sunday 30 July and/or Friday 4 August.

Reservations can be made on the Conference Services website by clicking or pasting this https://www.downing-conferences-cambridge.co.uk/accommodation

• Scroll down to MAKE A BOOKING
• Enter the Promotional Code: EUCLAW23
• Click on the From: and scroll right to JULY or AUGUST and select the date required
• Click on the To: select the departure date required
• Click on Guests: you can select number of Rooms & Guests
• Click on Search
• The room availability will then show at the bottom of the screen
• Select the number of rooms required from the drop down and click ‘Next’
• Scroll down, Review booking (if wrong click red trash bin in top corner). Click ‘Next’
• Click on Continue as Guest
• The system will then guide you through the process of reserving and paying for your room
• You will receive an emailed receipt from SpeedyBooker.Com
