Aniko Adam, Counsel at Clifford Chance, specialises in all aspects of EU and UK competition law. Aniko advises companies on the merger control aspects of M&A transactions, behavioral antitrust investigations, commercial arrangements, competition law compliance, and the application of foreign investment regimes. Aniko has worked with clients across several sectors, including technology, media, financial services, insurance and consumer goods and retail. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, she worked for more than eight years as an antitrust associate at another international law firm in London, which included secondments to Vodafone and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
