Dominique Wagener is founding member/partner of COMMEO Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB. Prior to setting up COMMEO in September 2010, she was partner at the Frankfurt office of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie with secondments in the London and Brussels offices. She studied law at the universities of Passau and Tours (France) as well as Berlin, where she obtained her Doctorate.
Dominique advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law with a specific focus on cartel investigations, antitrust compliance, antitrust litigation and antitrust related distribution law. She has specialist industry expertise in the oil and gas, chemicals, logistics and IT sectors.
