Molly is a competition law leader with over two decades of global in-house and private practice antitrust law experience, including in the highly regulated life sciences and financial services sectors. Molly joined global professional services organisation WTW as its first Head of Antitrust in 2023. She leads worldwide competition strategy – building compliance programs; advising senior leadership on complex transactions, strategic initiatives, and risk management; and managing global investigations and litigation. Her current role also extends beyond antitrust to internal investigations into alleged financial crime and other serious misconduct.

Molly previously served for over five years in positions of increasing responsibility as lead antitrust counsel at pharma multinational Novartis. Her role (covering both innovative medicines and the previous generics/biosimilars (Sandoz) and eye care medical devices (Alcon) divisions) included securing regulatory clearances for M&A and other strategic transactions, managing high profile investigations and litigation in multiple jurisdictions, and navigating complex issues at the intersection of competition, IP, and regulation (including patent settlements, lifecycle management, market access, licensing and partnerships, R&D collaborations, and channel management).

Prior to moving in-house, Molly practised at international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP in London and Brussels, advising across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious competition and regulatory matters in a wider variety of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, transport, pharma, FMCG, TMT, retail, and manufacturing.
