Stephanie Pautke is founding member/partner of COMMEO Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB. Prior to setting up Commeo in September 2010, she was partner at the Frankfurt office of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie. with secondments in the Washington D.C., London and Brussels offices. She studied law at the universities of Wurzburg, Stellenbosch (RSA) and Gottingen where she also obtained her Doctorate.

Stephanie advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law with a specific industry focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and branded consumer goods. She specializes in distribution and contract related antitrust matters, the control of abusive practices and antitrust compliance.

Stephanie is recognized as an antitrust expert in various professional directories including the JUVE Handbook, Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers, Who'sWhoLegal, Legal 500 and Chambers Europe.
