Dan Wylde is Associate General Counsel at Meta in London. Dan joined Meta in 2025 and advises the company on antitrust, merger control, competition litigation and digital regulation issues globally, including in relation to the Digital Markets Act.

Prior to joining Meta, Dan was a Senior Associate at Freshfields in London where he advised clients on the full range of competition law issues, including complex merger control and behavioural investigations. In 2018, Dan spent eight months with the Policy and International team at the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and has also worked in Brussels and Washington D.C with Freshfields.
