She is regularly taking a lead role in navigating Siemens through complex regulatory reviews and is experienced in day-to-day competition law advice. Previously, Franziska was an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, with a focus on merger control and antitrust law. Franziska is a German-qualified attorney who completed her legal education in Capetown and Munich, where she also served as an academic staff member.
