Hadrien is Senior Legal Counsel in the Competition & Antitrust Legal Department at EssilorLuxottica, which he joined in 2024. In his role, he advises the Group on a wide range of competition law matters, including distribution strategy, commercial contracts, regulatory investigations, litigations and internal compliance. He also plays a key role in supporting the Group’s M&A activities, particularly by overseeing merger control filings.

Before joining EssilorLuxottica, Hadrien practiced as a French-qualified lawyer at leading French and international law firms. During this time, he was involved in high-profile cases across the media, retail, and luxury sectors, gaining extensive experience in complex competition law issues.
