Dr. Matthew Bennett has extensive experience in cases in front of a wide arrange of authorities, including the CMA, European Commission, ACCC, Korean Fair Trade Commission and the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) amongst others.

Matthew has deep expertise in the area of mergers. These include several multi-jurisdictional mergers such as Schlumberger/Aker, Broadcom/VMWare, Natura/Avon, Fibria/Suzano, Microsoft/Linkedin and O2/Three, as well as many prominent CMA Phase II mergers including Optum/EMIS, Cellnex/CK Hutchinson, CHC/Babcock, TVS/3G, Sainsbury’s/Asda.
