Pernilla Javier is Head of Unit at the Swedish Competition Authority with strategic responsibility for merger issues. Prior to this she was a legal counsel at the authority for many years, where she was among other things involved in several of the authority’s in-depth merger investigations. She has also previously worked with EU and competition law at a law firm in Stockholm.
