Toby Finden-Crofts, Founder and CEO, Research in Finance, paid a visit to the IMpower Studios, in Monaco, to explore the findings of the the second wave of its European Fund Selector study Euro FSS. In this interview Toby delves into the intricate interplay of brand success, ESG prominence, market disparities, selector preferences, and the evolving democratisation of private asset investments as gleaned from the perspectives of fund selectors.

Toby has over 20 years experience within the financial services industry with a deep understanding of product development, distribution, media and communications within the market.
He is a regular commentator in the media both on and offline. He has also published a number of reports about the UK market, while helping and advising some of the largest financial services companies at a senior or board level.
Before setting up Research in Finance he was responsible for publishing some award winning consumer and trade titles across a range of different markets; including Investment Week, Bloomberg Money and Professional Pensions. Previously, the Group Publishing Director at Incisive Media and also a member of the company’s operational and strategic board. In addition, Toby has held a number of special adviser roles for private companies such as the Social Business Group.
